The Company:
Established on 1962 as an Egyptian Co.to produce welded steel pipes & fittings for the local market and for exporting.The annual production reaches 100,000 ton/year of pipes sizes from 1/2" to 64" for different applications according to the international and national standards. Now the company exports its products to the United States,Europe and Arabic as well as African Countries.

Company Policy: EL-NASR steel Pipes and fittings Co.as a leading Egyptian company and a sole producer of petroleum pipes in Egypt, follows a strict policy to develop itself by offering high quality and new products according to the latest international specification.To verify the company policy,two main trends were considered,the result of this policy,the Company succeed to increase its market share and to export its product to the foreign markets.

R&D Programs :The company has qualified persons to implement its R&D programs.Due to these progrmas,the company succed to introduce new products and improve the technological proccesses which lead to rationalization of using the raw material,so improving the quality and decreasing the product cost.

Quality Assurance:A key factor for the com[pany is its rigid applications of Q.A procedures at every level both in the production process and management activities.The test and inspection facilities utilized in the company are in accordance with the latest technologies.At the same time effective management procedures are followed to provide customers with rapid and efficient service response.As a result of this program,the company awarded API 5L and ISO 9002 certificates.

  • 6"-30" Spiral API 5L mill
  • 10"-64" Spiral API 5L mill
  • Foundry for small malleable C.I.pipe fittings
  • Foundry for large malleable C.I.pipe fittings
  • Foundry for spare parts.
  • Hot dipping Galvanization plant.
  • Coating plant for pipe coating with coal tar,fiberglass and epoxy.

All above facilities and other service facilities are spread over a total company area of 463000m2.
